To get a custom mouth guard, we take impressions of your teeth. A dental lab fabricates your guard, and we make sure it fits comfortably and securely. The entire experience is quick, simple, and helps protect your smile from injury or damage.
Creating custom mouth guards takes two visits. The first visit (30 minutes) involves taking impressions. The second visit (15–20 minutes) is for fitting and adjustments. Once ready, you can wear it immediately for nighttime grinding or sports protection.
Night guards should be cleaned daily with cold water and a toothbrush. Don’t expose them to heat, which can warp the material. For sports guards, always wear during activity and store in a ventilated case when not in use.
